The mumms® team is proud to announce that the MUMMS 20 Conference was a tremendous success! The two day conference filled with nationally recognized guest speakers and in-depth training and round table sessions truly wowed the hospice community. Over one hundred attendees traveled from across the country (including Hawaii and Puerto Rico) to attend this monumental event.
 
MUMMS 20 also revealed the debut of PAS Version 20 and the first exhibit hall at our conference. The exhibit hall was comprised of numerous industry leaders (Deyta, HospiScript, Hospice Pharmacy Solutions, OnePoint Patient Care, Outcome Resources, and Wise Hospice Options) and allowed attendees to learn more about beneficial services that are available for hospice. Dr. Donald Shumacher, President of NHPCO, and Ken Ross, Co-Author of Tea with Elisabeth, headlined at the event as our speakers and prominent voices in the hospice community. This conference allowed attendees to expand use of the mumms® System, gain a deeper understanding of the changes facing the hospice industry, and celebrate mumms®’ tremendous success over the last twenty years.
 
The MUMMS 20 Jubilee was the ultimate tribute to our twentieth anniversary, featuring renowned jazz musician Bob French along with delectable New Orleans cuisine. To continue the festivities, nearly half of the attendees were presented with giveaways from local artists, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The mumms® Team brought the conference to a close with its biggest gift ever by giving all attending hospices one free program license. Attendees and exhibitors raved that this year was the best conference yet and that they anxiously await the next user conference in 2011!
