The mumms Team will be at the AAHPM & HPNA Annual Assembly in Philadelphia this week. We’re looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting new friends at the conference. The AAHPM Annual Assembly brings together hospice and palliative care nurses, physicians and healthcare providers interested in aquiring new skills or expanding their current skillset.
