Macros for Microsoft Word

This macro formats mumms billing output for printing on UB04 claim forms. After installing this into your Microsoft Word startup directory, there will be a new toolbar button in Microsoft Word that will automatically format the document to fit on preprinted UB04 claim forms.

Windows instructions

Textpad

You can download TextPad from their website here

Choose the 32-bit version of Textpad 7. If you are certain that you are running a 64-bit copy of Windows and would rather install that version, it should work just as well.

To make Textpad the default application for a file type in Windows: 

Single-click a document you want to open with Text Pad.
Right-click on a document that you want to open with Text Pad.
Highlight Open With and use Choose Default Program.
Select Text Pad and use the checkbox to Always use the selected program to open this kind of file.
Then click OK.
This will make Text Pad your default .txt editor.
