mumms interfaces with a number of pharmacies. This allows seamless uploading of medications directly from the pharmacy to the PIM data base and on to Medicare claims.  Contact sales@mumms.com to implement this feature.

To manually upload a pharmacy file, the file must match our spec file including the exact fields, in the same order, without any extra fields.  The file must contain all columns, even if they are left blank. If the pharmacy or PBM provides the hospice with a file, put the file into the spec file format before uploading.

Please note, it is up to each hospice to provide accurate data. The system may not catch incorrect HCPCS or Revenue codes. Unique files can be uploaded manually or by direct transfer, as often as needed.  The file cannot contain special characters, such as a $.  Duplicates rows will not be caught and will appear on the claim. Duplicates entered may be removed or edited in the Upload Medication widget.

The screen shot below shows the required headers in the Excel Med File Template.  A sample of the template may be downloaded from the mumms website.
